The jamón de bellota 50% raza ibérica is characterized by its sweetness, unctuousness and flavour rich in nuances of nature. Thanks to a prolonged curing, its meat achieves fat infiltrations that make the flavours and aromas remain long in the mouth.
Conservation
Store Jamón Altanera in a dry place and keep it at room temperature (approx. 20º – 25ºC), just covering it with a rag.
Consumption
It is recommended to consume it at room temperature. Thus, you will be able to better appreciate all the nuances and properties.
