Tasting note

Our jamón de cebo ibérico is recognized for its meat of intense and bright colour with great presence of the characteristic marbling of the Iberian breed. Thanks to careful curing, each piece obtains an intense and persistent aroma where the smell of earth and countryside is perceived and an Iberian flavour with a pleasant and long aftertaste.

Conservation

Store Jamón Altanera in a dry place and keep it at room temperature (approx. 20º – 25ºC), just covering it with a rag.
