The lomo de cebo ibérico is one of the noblest and tasty pieces of the pig. Its lean meat is pinkish-red and has a mild, aromatic flavour and a cured Iberian smell. 100% natural, it is made with traditional marinade, based on paprika de la Vera and salt. Its fat infiltration makes this piece one of the tastiest and smoothest.
