Tasting note
The cherry-red meat of the paleta 100% ibérica has a tender texture and a very juicy meat, thanks to the infiltration of fat that gives it that characteristic marbling. It has an intense and very balanced flavour, with a combination of opposite notes, sweet and salty, and contributions of acorn and truffle. Due to its nutritional values, it is considered a standard of the Mediterranean diet
Conservation
Store Paleta Altanera in a dry place and keep it at room temperature (approx. 20º – 25ºC), just covering it with a rag.

It is recommended to consume it at room temperature. Thus, you will be able to better appreciate all the nuances and properties.
