Tasting note
Gentle on the knife, it presents intense red meat with a smooth and shiny marbling of fat that gives off a characteristic Iberian aroma. In the mouth it tends to be sweet, leaving a slight aftertaste on the palate, indicative of its prolonged curing.
Conservation
Store Paleta Altanera in a dry place and keep it at room temperature (approx. 20º – 25ºC), just covering it with a rag.

Consumption
It is recommended to consume it at room temperature. Thus, you will be able to better appreciate all the nuances and properties.
