Tasting note
Our jamón de cebo de campo ibérico come from Iberian pigs raised in semi-freedom, and that receive their food from the field completed with natural feed. Its meat, infiltrated with fat, provides aromas that transport you to the Dehesa. Each piece is a delicacy capable of delighting the palates of the most demanding gourmets.
Conservation
Store Jamón Altanera in a dry place and keep it at room temperature (approx. 20º – 25ºC), just covering it with a rag.
Consumption
It is recommended to consume it at room temperature. Thus, you will be able to better appreciate all the nuances and properties
